At the Lenzing site, wood components are used to produce dissolving wood pulp, biorefinery products and bioenergy. In addition to cellulose used for pulp and fiber production, other wood components are processed into biorefinery products such as acetic acid, furfural and xylose*. After their material use, remaining biomass components are used to generate energy for the production sites.
