TENCEL™ Lyocell Filament is a step-change in wood-based cellulosic fiber technology.
Lyocell produced with filament technology delivers the highest level of fiber uniformity within the TENCEL™ portfolio, designed for smoothness, strength and comfort.
The result is a strong, smooth, and uniform filament yarn with the same tenacity and comfort benefits as TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers*.
During production, the cellulosic solution is extruded through ultra-fine spinnerets to create continuous, parallel filaments.
This continuous filament is processed directly into ready-to-use filament yarns, eliminating the need for conventional yarn spinning.
TENCEL™ Lyocell Filament yarns contribute to lightweight fabrics with a fluid drape and soft texture, offering versatility across diverse garment designs and a wide range of applications.
