Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• Provide legal advice to different business units on related legal matters
• Draft and review contractual documents and ensure they are in line with local laws and internal policies
• Handle disputes settlement and court case with external counsels
• Handle legal/compliance issues such as drafting communication correspondence with counterparty, providing trainings to business team, conducting investigations with team members and external counsels
• Work together with team members on various projects in North Asia area including merger, acquisition, utilities, EPC, etc.
• Manage corporate secretary responsibilities for legal entities in North Asia area (Lenzing Fibers (Shanghai), Co. Ltd., Lenzing (Nanjing) Fibers, Co. Ltd., Lenzing Taiwan Fibers Co. Ltd., Lenzing Korea Yuhan Hoesa and Lenzing Fibers Hong Kong Limited) including directors and shareholder minutes or resolutions, coordination with affiliates

Our expectations for this exciting role

• Over 3 years' working experience in multi-national company’s legal department or law firms
• Excellent English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking
• Team player, but also work independently
• Ability to communicate in a concise manner with internal business units
• Practical experience in commercial, corporate, unfair competition and contract law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to priority demands from multiple internal clients under tight deadlines
• Ability to grow in job and assume increasing levels of responsibilities
• Willing to work on multi-jurisdiction matters to support the Senior Legal Counsel (Asia) as well as the Global
