Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
- You will ensure and build Lenzing's Nonwoven Business within defined key accounts in Europe, delivering budgeted sales plans and managing nonwoven sales
- You will achieve marketing and sales objectives by a continued target/actual comparison including timely corrective actions in the event of variance from a target within the Commercial responsibility
- You will contribute to and lead projects to implement strategy in close collaboration and coordination with Sales, Innovation, Technical Services and Product Management.
- You will coordinate and guide market-oriented technical service activities and continuous analysis of the nonwovens market in Europe and Americas, analyzing the competitive landscape to stay up to date on trends/changes within the industry
Your ideal profile for this exciting role
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a related Commercial or Technical area along with extensive experience (10 years+) in product/application development in the Nonwovens or related industries
- You have knowledge of relevant production, processing technologies and end-use applications of nonwovens
- You understand the manufacturing and logistical processes required to service assigned customers and geographical markets
- You have effective communication and negotiation skills and an open approach to working across departments and cultures
- You are a strong negotiator across different cultural environments
- You have experience with the MS Office package as well as with the Customer Relationship Management system
- You have professional English skills and additional language will be beneficial (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese)
- You have a willingness to travel to the Lenzing sites and customers as needed

The monthly gross salary for this position, according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on a 38-hour working week, will be at least EUR 5.600,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
