Administration Coordinator

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • You will coordinate office administrative matters like managing post transactions, customs clearance and communication with banks, suppliers
  • You will ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to support other business departments (Finance, HR)
  • You will monitor office supply needs and manage the purchasing of new materials while keeping a budget 
  • You will track costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • You will coordinate onboarding processes, including document collection and agreement preparation
  • You will keep employee records in compliance with GDPR and oversee annual leave usage
  • You will supervise the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy
  • You will perform other work-related duties as assigned including supporting corporate compliance team as needed

Your ideal profile for this exciting role

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a college graduate in business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • You have proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, reliable and flexible with effective analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • You can perform multi-tasks in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • You have a good command of English (B2 level) and Turkish skills
