Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • Continuously improve and maintain controlling processes in the Lenzing Group
  • Play a vital role in the group-wide S4/HANA implementation within the controlling environment
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality executive reporting using state of the art IT tools and systems
  • Conduct month-end closing process & financial analysis
  • Perform Inter-segment controlling and management accounting
  • Be responsible for Corporate functions controlling
  • Ensure group standards related to management accounting are defined, documented and executed consistently throughout the Lenzing Group

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • Completed university degree (MSc.) in economics, business informatics, or similar
  • Min 5 yrs. of experience in analyzing and improving controlling processes
  • Savvy in in-depth financial analysis on legal entity and group level
  • Expert in regular financial reporting and financial models for decision support
  • Advanced SAP ERP skills in a key user role (in particular SAP CO / FI; in addition high-level cross-module experience)
  • Thorough understanding of financial analysis and management reporting IT tools (DWH, TM1/PA, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of the fiber industry’s key market drivers, as well as Lenzing group’s key value drivers and value streams
  • Able to communicate effectively and to work independently as well as in a team
  • Capable of structured problem solving
  • Interculturally aware and able to drive change without formal power
  • Advanced German and English skills (ALTE level C)

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4,200.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
