Any and all images may only be downloaded and used free of charge under the following terms:
- The images are used for the purpose of press reports or other articles concerned with one or several companies of the Lenzing Group,
- the images are not used in any way that could be considered defamatory, and
- the source/metadata of any used image is indicated.
Any other use or exploitation of images is expressly prohibited. Lenzing reserves the right to claim damages and seek injunctive relief on whatever legal grounds. The rights to any and all images shall remain with Lenzing Aktiengesellschaft and/or the creators who granted Lenzing Aktiengesellschaft the rights of use. Any commercial use or exploitation, particularly for advertising purposes, is expressly prohibited.
