How can I apply for a job with the Lenzing Group?
You can apply for a position online via our Career Page – simply and conveniently. By checking our job offers you will find all the currently vacant positions. To apply for one of the available positions, open the respective job description and click on the button “Apply now". We kindly request that you provide us with some relevant data by filling out the application form. Subsequently you can upload your curriculum vitae, motivation letter and other documents or certificates. What documents and records are required to complete the application?
A complete application includes the curriculum vitae and motivation letter as well as any school certificates, university degrees and references/recommendations. The Lenzing Group attaches great importance to an informative curriculum vitae, in light of the fact that this is the “figurehead” of your application. It enables you to present your strengths and professional background to us in a clearly arranged manner.
How long does the online application take?
If you have already stored your CV, letter of motivation and certificates on your computer or mobile device, the online application only takes a few minutes. You can conveniently and easily upload all documents. Our application platform is also compatible for mobile devices.
I did not find a suitable vacant position in the job advertisements. Can I also send in an unsolicited application on my own initiative?
If you do not find a suitable position in our online job market, of course you can send us an unsolicited application by using our online form.
Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
Naturally you can apply online for several positions at the same time. This can also be done easily in the applicant cockpit without having to fill out the data twice or more. However, you can also inform us that you are also interested in another position by naming the job title and reference number in the motivation letter.
How frequently are the job offers updated?
The positions advertised in the job board are up to date and are updated on a daily basis.
How does the application process in the Lenzing Group take place?
An initial selection is made on the basis of the documents you have put at our disposal (e.g. curriculum vitae, motivation letter, certificates). Depending on the position and number of applications, any issues that remain open may be clarified by phone. The next step is a personal meeting in which we introduce you to supervisors as well as the human resources department. Depending on the position, you will get to know your future tasks and colleagues in a second meeting in order to be able to give you a better insight into the company and your future professional challenge. However, the responsible recruiter will explain the exact procedure to you, depending on the specific position involved.
How quickly will I be given feedback on the status of my application?
A quick and respectful application process is important to us. For this reason, you can expect initial feedback on your application in a very timely manner, but no later than two weeks after the application has been received.
Who should I contact if I have any questions on a vacant position or my application?
Our recruiter is available to respond to all questions concerning the issue of recruiting. The respective contact person is mentioned in the advertisement. Our telephone exchange will be happy to connect you to the respective contact person if you have specific questions about the vacant position. Our assistants in the human resources department are available to provide assistance to you on questions concerning the status of your application.

How can I report serious concerns and violation against the law?
We all want to uphold the high standards of Lenzing and you as a potential employee. Help us addressing potential violations of our Global Code of Business Conduct, our Anti Bribery and Corruption Directive or any other unlawful act by reporting them to our Human Resources department or (anonymously) via our confidential whistleblowing system. We will not tolerate intimidation or retaliation against you making a good faith report. The whistleblowing system is not to be used to express general displeasure with the application process.
