Intern UI/UX design
- Department: IT (Application, Architecture, Infrastructure & Service)

Key responsibilities during the internship
- Collaborate with team to create highly intuitive, user-centric interactive experience
- Understand business objectives and target user pain-points to create design solution
- Assist in the design process from concept to completion
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create and develop design system (design library and master components)
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Our expectations from the intern
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial design, HCI, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills and highlighting the ability to identify problems and explore effective solutions
- Proficiency in design tools, e.g. Figma and Adobe Suite: AI, PS, AE
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and iterative design process
- Knowledge of front-end basics: html, Css and Javascript
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- An open-mindedness for agility, retrospectives, and critique feedbacks

Start of internship: September 2024 for a period of 6 months. For this position you can expect a monthly gross salary of at least EUR 1,842.23 (for a mandatory internship) based on the collective agreement of the chemical industry and based on 38 hours/week.
