Project Manager Pulp & Biorefinery Development (d/f/m) - part time (19 - 26.6 hrs/w)

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
- Guide activities of scientific work group development in the field of pulp & biorefinery
- Plan, coordinate and execute Innovation projects
- Contribute to transferring project results to commercial scale and to strategy development
- Ensure compliance with SHE and QM regulations
- Monitor the state-of-the-art technology related to the area of expertise/work domain and contribute to the IP of the Lenzing Group
Our expectations for this exciting role
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering
- Several years of relevant experience in pulp, biorefinery chemistry and/or technology
- Ability to work as interface for basic research work and final application, as well as point of contact to universities and research institutes
- Profound experience in scientific work in the field of expertise
- Experienced in project management skills
- Leadership skills, team and results orientation and resilience
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in German and English
- Innovative, ecologic thinking and intercultural sensitivity

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4,600 (100% basis - part time according to actual employment level) with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
